Last week one of my best friends and I did the perfect little Frankfurt shopping, eating & catch up tour which we loved. Last weekend I repeated the tour with Mr. V, Malinski and my parents and they loved it, too. So let's call it approved ;-). Here we go: Park your car at a parking garage at PARKHAUS HAUPTWACHE. Get out and refuel with a coffee + pastries and KAFFEE WACKERS first. It's an institution in Frankfurt so sometimes there is a little line, don't be afraid, it goes super quick and you can watch people in between. Don't forget to check out KONSTRASTE, an interior design store next door, they have awesome little gifts, accessories as well as all kind of premium design furniture. Kitchen, bath room, living room, office and oh of course – we have a walking sneaker closet. Our lovely friends need a place as well, don’t they? It’s a lot of work to inventory #doIhavethismodellalready, store and maintain your beloved sneakers, that's for sure! We have come a long way and tried out all kinds of storage solution before ending up with an easy shelf system (you can buy one at Home Depot, Ikea or even might be able to find a good start at a garage sale close by your house). That’s the easy part. #besidesthespaceyouneedforit. It’s super important to keep the boxes (I am still mad at myself that I didn’t do so in the beginning). I have never been a high heels girl. At prom, I wore sneakers. Venne and I both wore sneakers at our wedding and even asked our guests to wear sneakers. What else. My first job was at a local organic bakery in my hometown Offenbach-Bieber. It was just the owner and myself working there, and after a couple weeks of on-boarding, she decided to hand over the Saturday shift to me. This meant I had to be there at 5:30 in the a.m., prepping everything that had been pre-ordered and ready to open at 7 a.m. I was super proud of my first job.
